Botanical products are intimate—we honor a 30-day satisfaction window on sealed bottles. Opened tins qualify for partial store credit depending on circumstance (lost shipment, intolerance verified by care team).

  • Draft support email with order number and a concise reason.
  • Receive prepaid label (metro) or reimbursed drop-off QR (tier-2).
  • Refund hits original payment rails within 5–9 business days once warehouse scans the unit.
