1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Products & Ordering

All products listed on our Platform are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit order quantities, modify product descriptions, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the physical product.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, due to stock shortages, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel a confirmed order, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Digibulls reserves the right to modify pricing at any time; however, the price charged will be the price displayed at the moment your order is confirmed.

We accept payments via supported online payment methods made available at checkout, including UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, and other payment options enabled by our payment partners. All transactions are encrypted and processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store complete payment card details on our servers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 business hours of successful payment confirmation. Delivery timelines provided at checkout are indicative estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, extreme weather, public holidays, or events outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Digibulls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our Platform, products, or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of written notice, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising under these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes, we will notify you by email or via a site banner. Your continued use of our Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
